 PULICHA KEERAI KADAIYAL with SARDINE🍲  PULICHA KEERAI KADAIYAL RECIPE KNOWN AS GONGURA Gongura /  PULICHA KEERAI    is a plant, Roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa), grown for its edible leaves in India. These leaves are used in south-central Indian cuisine to impart a tart flavor. Gongura comes in two varieties, green stemmed leaf and red-stemmed. The red-stemmed variety is sourer than the green stemmed variety. Gongura is a rich source of iron, vitamins, folic acid, and antioxidants essential for human nutrition. Everyone loves it, and we are planning to do it for the Chinese New Year also.  Must-have items for HOTPOT 1.HOTPOT Cookware 2. Gas Stove  / Electric Stove 3. Dipping sauce 4. Seafood 5. Greens 6. Meat 7. Vegetables 8. Soup base 9. Cold beverages HOTPOT Delicious Recipe can be done in minute Soup base (Tom yam, Chicken broth) Dipping Sauce (Gochujang, Homemade chilli paste, onion paste), The mug needs to fill up, haha.  Ingredients for chilli paste, 10 Chillies, 4 garlic, 1  tablespoo n of sesame oil, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, enough sugar, half lemon (small size).
