CLICK HERE TO LEARN THE RECIPE THROUGH VIDEO Ingredients White rice – 2 cups Chicken – 1 whole Onion – 1 Ginger – ½ Garlic & ginger paste – 2 tablespoons Cumin seed – 1 tablespoons Spring onions – 3 leaves Cili padi - 5 pcs Cinnamon – 1 Star anise – 2 Serai – 1 Sunflower oil – 3 tablespoons Sesame oil – 2 tablespoons Kicap pekat / dark soy sauce – 3 tablespoons Sos tiram – 3 tablespoons Kicap garam/soy sauce - 3 tablespoons Salt pati ayam - 1 Pressure cooker  Preparations Clean the chicken with salt and turmeric powder.  Looking for an awesome family or friends gathering ?? HOTPOT is a must !!. Recently I had blast with my family members over a HOTPOT!! Everyone loves it, and we are planning to do it for the Chinese New Year also.

Soup base (Tom yam, Chicken broth)




Dipping Sauce (Gochujang, Homemade chilli paste, onion paste), The mug needs to fill up, haha. Ingredients for chilli paste, 10 Chillies, 4 garlic, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, enough sugar, half lemon (small size). Blend the Chili and garlic then mix with soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, lemon juice.


Finally, you can choose all your Vegetables, poultry, seafood based on your preference. I bought Dumpling, wanton, tofu, crab sticks, sushi, corns, Crab, prawn, lala, squid, chicken slices, ramen, salmon, Chinese tofu, and many more.
